Subject Access Request

You may request that TET investigate whether DSIS and/or DDIS are unlawfully processing information about you or the legal entity (organisation, company, association, etc.) on whose behalf you are submitting the request.

TET ensures that this is not the case and then notifies you.

This is referred to in legislation as the indirect subject access procedure. Under this procedure, TET may instruct DSIS and/or DDIS to delete information.
