Request Indirect Subject Access

If you wish to submit a request for indirect subject access, you should contact TET in one of the following ways:

• Digital Post (requires a Danish CPR number)
• Form, either via email or regular mail

TET recommends that you request via Digital Post by clicking the link below, or submit a completed form via Digital Post.

Once you have requested indirect subject access to DSIS and/or DDIS, TET will acknowledge the receipt of your request within a few days.
