How Is the Report Made?

TET has a digital whistleblower portal that you can use if you want to report to TET’s whistleblower unit.

Classified information must NOT be reported via TET’s whistleblower portal. If you wish to report matters that contain classified information, this must be done in person or via TET’s whistleblower unit contact point at DSIS (you can find more information about the contact point on DSIS’s intranet).

If you do not wish to disclose your identity, you must ensure that you do not provide your name or any other personally identifiable information, such as your address or phone number – not even in any attached documents. Additionally, you must be careful not to inadvertently disclose your identity when uploading files, including documents, videos, photos, etc.

If you make a report via the link to TET’s digital whistleblower portal from a computer on DSIS’s network, this may be recorded as part of the usual logging of user activities on the service’s network. This can be avoided by entering the web address in a browser on a private or public computer that is not connected to DSIS’s network.

Your report will be handled by TET’s whistleblower unit. The whistleblower unit may need to ask you questions to ensure that the case is sufficiently informed for it to be processed.

If you have made a report without disclosing your identity or contact details, the whistleblower unit can only communicate with you via the digital whistleblower portal. Therefore, it is important that you keep track of the case by regularly logging in and responding to any questions from the whistleblower unit.
